Mr. Michael LAI KAM-CHEUNG, MH, J.P.

Mr. Michael LAI KAM-CHEUNG, MH, J.P. has been a welfare administrator for many years and became the Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Settlement in April 1990. He has served as Board members of a number of social welfare agencies and schools. Mr. LAI has also been engaged in different public appointments and advisory committees. For instance, Social Welfare Advisory Committee, Central Policy Unit, Elderly Commission, Town Planning Board, Urban Renewal Authority, Disaster Relief Fund Advisory Committee and the Council for Sustainable Development.
