  • Providing appropriate services for the deprived elderly / disabled and to relieve caregiver stress
  • Enhance the quality of life of the elderly / disabled and caregiver
  • Enhance the quality of life of the elderly / disabled and caregiver
  • Establishing a barrier-free community
Service Target
  • Elderly / disabled whom are CSSA recipients or in financial difficulties
  • Elderly / disables with mobility difficulties in accessing general transport
Application
  • Call 2818 7400 for membership registration
  • Completed "Caring Van" application form and submit the application by mail or fax
  • Deprived elderly / disabled can apply for fee waivers
  • Address: 2nd Floor, 466 Des Voeux Road West, Hong Kong St. James' Settlement Caring Van service
Service Content
  • Medical Follow up service
    Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:30(Roundtrip to hospitals / clinics which under the Hospital Authority and Department of Health)
  • Saturday, Sunday and special holiday services
    (Such as family gatherings, grave and participate in community activities)
